Sign-in to Final Forms

Final Forms is our online student information portal. Each Spring, the primary parent will receive an introductory email from Final Forms with instructions on how to complete the required forms. Please note that the system permits only one parent to enter student information. While the initial setup may take more time in the first year, Final Forms will save your information from year to year making the process quicker and more efficient in future years. Additionally, Final Forms pre-populates information wherever possible saving you time.  Click here for step-by-step instructions on how to register. 

All forms must be completed by July 1 each school year.  If you do not receive an email, please check your spam or junk folder, as it may be mistakenly filtered. We are committed to enhancing school-community partnerships and communication through a district-wide communication platform called ParentSquare. This unified system allows parents and guardians to receive all announcements from the district, principals, teachers, and coaches in one convenient location, with customizable options for how and when they are notified. 

By unifying multiple tools into one communications app and service, ParentSquare provides a seamless experience for parents and staff.  Parents will receive school delay and closure information, keep track of news, activities, and events from their children’s schools, enjoy photos and announcements posted by teachers, sign up for parent-teacher conferences, see calendar items, and much more. School staff and parents can also engage in both one-to-one and group messaging with real-time language translation. 

ParentSquare is accessible on both computers and mobile devices. All district, school, athletic, and classroom communications will be sent directly to your email and/or phone via text. We encourage you to download the free ParentSquare app, available for both iOS and Android devices.

If you are new to ParentSquare, we highly recommend that parents watch the 14 minute training video that will help you to navigate through the ParentSquare application. 

Activate your Account

Parents will receive an invitation email or text to join ParentSquare. Please click the link to activate your account. It takes less than a minute.  You can use ParentSquare on any device. You can download the free mobile app for iOS or Android or use the desktop version at www.parentsquare.com.

Student Square

Students in grades 6-12 have the ability to stay connected through StudentSquare.  We have created your child’s account using your child’s school email.  StudentSquare is available for students to use on their computers or mobile devices. For mobile devices, students can download the StudentSquare app and sign in with the Google option to begin or by using the website: https://www.mystudentsquare.com/signin.
